Questo nuovo metodo di allenamento si chiama così da Barre=Sbarra e riprende l’usanza dei ballerini di danza classica a scaldarsi e allenarsi alla sbarra per sviluppare l’equilibrio.
Il Barre Workout usa quindi le posizioni di braccia e gambe tipiche della danza e le combina con lo yoga, il Pilates e movimenti della danza per sviluppare muscoli e rafforzare il corpo. Allenandosi alla sbarra si migliora la flessibilità, la forza del centro, l’equilibrio, la postura e maggior tonicità per le nostre gambe e glutei.
