E’ un programma di esercizi che si concentra sulla corretta respirazione e sui muscoli posturali, ovvero quei muscoli che aiutano a tenere il corpo bilanciato ed essenziali a fornire supporto alla colonna vertebrale.
Si rinforzano anche le fasce muscolari più profonde vicine alla colonna vertebrale e alle pelvi, molto importanti per alleviare e prevenire il mal di schiena. Attività adatta a tutte le età e a chi ha problemi posturali.
